The Brooktrout Technology Vantage PCI platform provides developers and system integrators with a single-board solution for low to mid-density analog communications applications. This family of PCI-bus cards is ideal for voice messaging, unified messaging, automated attendant, digital recording, interactive voice response, outbound telemarketing, audiotext, call center and other communications applications. The heart of Vantage PCI's performance is the Brooktrout Technology family of voice processing algorithms. These field-tested algorithms, including AccuCall programmable call process monitoring and PositiveVoice Control, implement essential features such as audio compression, playback control, touchtone detection and generation, and call progress monitoring. The Vantage PCI/4L and PCI/8L offer loop start interface for either 4 or 8 ports. The Vantage PCI/4LHx and Vantage PCI/8LHx add MVIP and H.100 switching capabilities to the standard Vantage PCI features. Multiple Vantage PCI cards can be installed in a single system and can coexist with ISA-bus cards.
