The PN650TXM Ethernet PC Card is a credit card size Ethernet adapter specially designed for notebook/laptop computers which support PCMCIA (Personal Computer Memory Card International Association) Type II slots. The media coupler provides a single RJ-45 connection for 10BaseT and 100BaseTX Auto-Negotiation networks. Furthermore, a MAC driver is included to support MAC OS 7.6, 8.1 and 8.5. The PN650TXM allows laptop users to hook up to their Ethernet LANs at a speeds of 100Mbps, which is 10 times faster than traditional LAN environments. Moreover, the support of full duplex mode makes the data rate double possible. The 10/100M auto-negotiation feature eliminates backward compatible troubles. The 10/100M Fast Ethernet LAN PC Card is ready to run with the latest 32bit Network Operating Systems (NOS) like Windows 98/95 and Windows NT. The included NOS drivers ensure compatibility with a wide range of network environments, such as Novell Netware, Microsoft LAN Manager, TCP/IP, and more.
