Service Agreement - WhatsUp Gold ( v. 8.0 ) - 1 user - technical support - phone consulting - 1 year
With the service agreement, users receive unlimited support from Ipswitch's technical support organization and software upgrades for twelve months. Upon activation of a Service Agreement, you automatically receive an upgrade to the latest version. If you already have a registered product, you can purchase a Service Agreement for your product. In order to receive support and automatic upgrades you must make sure to activate your Service Agreement once you receive it.
