All Service Direct Plans include one hour maximum call back, management of each incident for timeliness and closure, twice per year on-site preventative maintenance service, aid in coordinating and communicating with outside software support, maintain local stock for key hardware components, access to all manufacturer's product updates on priority basis, access to Plasmon technical web page and other support tools.
