Service Direct lets you choose from three levels of service coverage, offering fast response and expert troubleshooting up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week... at a reasonable price. All Service Direct Plans include one hour maximum call back, management of each incident for timeliness and closure, twice per year on-site preventative maintenance service, aid in coordinating and communicating with outside software support, maintain local stock for key hardware components, access to all manufacturer's product updates on priority basis, access to Plasmon technical web page and other support tools. Plasmon Service Direct Guardian Plan also provides toll-free 800 line into Plasmon Technical Support Center for unlimited telephone support from 7a.m. to 5 p.m. (MST) Monday through Friday (maximum of 40 hours per month) and four (4) business hours maximum on-site response time.
