Sony Extended Service Plan 24/7 On-Site - Extended service agreement - parts and labor - 1 year - on-site
Sony knows that data is one of the most important assets of your business. To help protect that data and keep your downtime to a minimum, Sony offers extended service plans which give you the flexibility to customize your service coverage as you need it. The 24/7 On-Site Service Plan offers all of the same services as the Basic On-Site Service Plan but with improved response time and coverage. Under this plan, a trained field engineer provides technical phone support to assist in the diagnosis and resolution of the customer's equipment problem. If Sony determines that the equipment is defective, Sony endeavors to provide on-site service within 4 hours of receiving the customer's call. All service and support under this level of service is available seven days per week, 24 hours per day.
