How long can you risk going without library backups or access to your critical data? If your answer is "less than a day on business days", this Quantum on-site service level is for you. It promises on-site response within four hours during the same business day, five days a week, nine hours a day (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., local time, excluding Quantum and country holidays). This support covers DX100 exp. array, zone 1.
