Quantum Rapid Exchange - Extended service agreement (renewal) - replacement - 1 year - shipment - 9x5 - 24 h
Under the Rapid Exchange program, Quantum will ship a replacement product or part to the end-user's site before the defective product or part is returned to Quantum. The replacement product or part will be shipped within 24 hours after the request. The Rapid Exchange warranty also entitles the customer to hardware telephone support and access to StorageCare's library eSupport Web application.
