Support and maintenance gives you access to the most current upgrades and updates of Retrospect products, as well as quick and easy access to the expert technical support staff. Extended Hours Annual Support functions for the duration of an existing Annual Support and Maintenance agreement. It covers a single licensed and registered Retrospect software product and any Retrospect add-ons used with that product. This option is not available for Per-Incident support.
