Support and maintenance gives you access to the most current upgrades and updates of Retrospect products, as well as quick and easy access to the expert technical support staff. Support can be purchased in packs of five incidents. Per-Incident Support packs activate at the time of purchase and expire in one year. A support incident remains open until it is resolved or closed.
