The SonicWALL GMS Base Service Contract program provides priority technical support for one year from the date of program registration and activation. This program features 4-hour response time. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 6: 00am - 6: 00pm Pacific Time, excluding weekends and SonicWALL holidays. Your request will automatically be placed at the top of the queue using any of the convenient contact methods. Updated software enhancements, feature releases, bug fixes; updated user documentation.
