Premium Service customers who have an Advantage Support Engineer (ASE) may want to have access after hours for specific project work and receive assistance from their ASE. Projects where the ASE can provide technical support assistance after hours include patch updates, migrations, upgrades to new versions of Novell software and other maintenance activities associated to the customer's Novell environment. ASE customers can purchase a Scheduled Standby in 8-hour blocks to be used after core Novell business hours including weekends and holidays. Customers should schedule these ASE Scheduled Standby services with their Service Account Manager and their ASE at least two weeks in advance.
