Gold Support is designed for an individual or a small IT department operating a small- to medium-size network that requires consistent phone support during normal business hours. This includes unlimited access to a Symantec Enterprise Support Agent during normal business hours (Monday through Friday) with online support options available 24 x 7. Security Response Alerting Service is also available as an optional service, so you will be the first to know when the next major virus or Denial of Service (DOS) attack strikes. Customers may add additional designated callers to the Support Program as desired.
