To meet the needs of SonicWALL GMS customers, the SonicWALL GMS Base Service Contract program provides priority technical support for one year from the date of program registration and activation. The solution offers 4-hour response time (normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 6: 00am - 6: 00pm Pacific Time, excluding weekends and SonicWALL holidays). You can contact SonicWALL technical support through one of the dedicated formats: a dedicated toll-free number or a dedicated e-mail address. Your request will automatically be placed at the top of the queue using any of the convenient contact methods.
